Janine Stone & Co. has practised what many studios now market as a novelty since 1987: architecture and interiors developed by the same hands, on the same drawing board, from the outset. Founded by Janine and Gideon Stone, the London practice built its reputation on prime central addresses — Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea among them — where structural work, layout and finish are rarely separable problems.
